Nyx has some rules when it comes to commissions.

Yes, of course there ARE rules when commissioning Grimm, this is primarily for their comfort. This is also to make sure that they are paid fairly and you, the commissioner, don't get scammed out of the art you paid for.Before commissioning them, please do reach out on Twitter, Tumblr, or Discord. This is so that you can talk with them about what you're looking for and are charged appropriately. This is important to them, they don't want to sell you something that isn't what you were looking for. Nor do they want to end up stressing themself sick trying to figure out what you're looking for.If you do end up commissioning them, thank you. Please have any references for the character[s] that you wish to have art done of ready as you will be asked for them up front. Of course that will be a little different if you are asking for a character to be designed, that will be explained further on the references page!

These are his Terms of Service, and what happens when they are broken.

I do my best to meet expectations, however I also know that not everything comes out as intended. If something happens, please do let me know.I do refunds, however I need to be paid for my time. If you request a refund on a piece that I have already started, you will only get half of your deposit.If you have ordered, I haven't started, and you request a refund I will give you your entire deposit back.Please be aware all prices on my page and adoptable sheets are in USD and I can only accept payment via PayPal! I would prefer if you let me send you an invoice so there is a paper trail on both ends, but you can send a deposit without an invoice after we talk about what you're wanting from me.If I find that you have broken my T.O.S. then;

  • I will not do art for you going forward, you will be completely blacklisted from my comms/adopts/trades.

  • If you attempt to resell my design for a higher price without putting work into it, I will take back the design and refund half the money you spent on it.

What can you do with the art;

  • Use the art for personal use.

  • Do what you want with the character designs I have made.

What can't you do with the art;

  • Unless priced as merch, you cannot sell the art work.

  • Resell my art or designs at prices higher than you paid.

  • Use the art for Char.AI or training AI.

  • Use without credit to myself.

Will dos;

  • Pride stuff [Unless otherwise stated]

  • Humanoid monsters

  • Suggestive stuff

  • Humanoid FNAF robots

  • Simple robotic limbs

  • Merch

  • PNGTubers

Won't dos;

  • Furries / Animals [I am not confident enough]

  • Mechs / Machines

  • Animalistic monsters

  • NSFW / NSFL

  • Free art

  • Zoo / Map pride

What if I don't claim a design?

If a design is finished and not claimed, I will refund half of your deposit and sell the character design separately as an adoptable.

Finances changed?

Let me know! I will try to work with you, either to continue the comm, or to cancel it entirely. This includes any refunds.

What kinds of refs do you need?

Any and all references you have would be appreciated!
When doing a piece of a character[s], the more references the better.

When getting characters done, prices can vary.

I will do pieces with any number of characters, just know that the price gets higher the more characters in the piece.I will also accept commissions to design a character for people, this does not include a reference however. If you wish to get a character designed and a reference made, the reference must be paid for separately.If you're asking for a character design for a project you're working on, let me know cause I may be able to help further!

Nyx does make references for people!

Do you need/want a reference sheet, but don't want to make it yourself? This is the place for that!I have a very in depth reference sheet that we can use, and you can pick what pages you actually want used!If you want a ref from me but don't like the sheets I currently have up, we can discuss and come up with something for you! Just know that it may end up more expensive than what is currently there as I will have to go through the process of making a new one.Over time, more ref sheets may become available as I go through the process of making new ones! I make new ref sheets relatively frequently for different projects.

Need a character but don't have any ideas?Don't worry, I have designs that anyone can buy! Some have some basic info, others don't.When bought, you can do whatever you'd like with the design, as long as it doesn't break my Terms of Service.
